外切葡聚糖纤维二糖水解酶的分离纯化和部分性质研究

摘要：

Two cellobiohydrolases from Trichoderma pseudokiningii S-38 were isolatde and pruified by DEAE-Sephadex A-25 ion exchange and gel filtration chromatography. The molecular weights of the purified enzymes were estimated to be 66 000 for cellobiohydrolase Ⅰ and 67 000 for cellobiohydrolase Ⅱ respectively, by 10% SDS-PAGE. Some propertied of the purified enzymes were also determined.
