消化道肿瘤患者血清VEGF及TP检测的临床意义

摘要
探讨患者血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及胸苷磷酸化酶(TP)检测在消化道肿瘤诊断及预后判断中的临床意义。用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测了89例消化道肿瘤患者血清中的VEGF和TP水平,并与83例消化道良性疾病患者及45名健康对照者进行了比较分析。结果显示,消化道恶性肿瘤患者血清中的VEGF及TP水平显著高于消化道良性疾病患者(P<0.01,P<0.05)及健康对照组(P<0.01,P<0.01);消化道恶性肿瘤患者血清中的VEGF及TP含量与临床分期及病理分级密切相关,均随着临床分期及病理分级的升高而逐渐增加,其含量分别在临床分期IV期和病理分级III级时到达最高(P<0.01,P<0.01),且消化道肿瘤患者VEGF与TP含量呈显著正相关(r=0.8427,P=0.007)。联合检测血清中的VEGF和TP含量简便快捷,可用于消化道肿瘤的辅助诊断及肿瘤的恶性程度判断及预后观察。
