慢性缺氧大鼠呼吸肌某些代谢酶活性变化

摘要
目的:观测慢性缺氧大鼠呼吸肌氧化和酵解酶活性变化,探讨其在慢性缺氧适应中的意义。方法:建立大鼠慢性常压和减压间断缺氧模型,分别测定肋膈肌和脚膈肌已糖激酶(HK)、柠檬酸合成酶(CS)、3-羟酰辅酶A脱氢酶(HADH)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活力,并与肢体肌肉比较。结果:肋膈肌氧化酶CS、HK和HADH活性均显著增加,脚膈肌和肋间肌也有不同程度增加,腹直肌和肢体无显著变化。所有肌肉LDH活性无显著变化。结论:慢性缺氧适应后,膈肌氧化代谢能力增强,不同肌肉因功能要求不同其适应性变化也有差异。
