摘要
:
生物技术是一门应用生物科学研究成果以工程手段增加数量和提高质量,从而满足人类日益增长的对生物制品需求的技术。借助生物技术,人们可以保存和增殖濒危珍稀的传统药材,可以大量生产高品质的“道地药材”,可以将那些数量稀少而又极有价值的新结构化合物进行扩增,可以在遗传上改变现有药材的有效成分和附加新的遗传特性(转基因药材或超级药材)。因此,生物技术在传统药材生产和加工过程中的广泛应用,将彻底改变传统药材古老而传统的面貌,成为中药现代化的重要内容。
