本文综述了最近十多年来国外人力资本与经济增长关系的文献:理论方面,新一代的经济增长模型试图将人力资本、物质资本、创新的相互作用纳入模型分析,建立人力资本与创新战略性互补模型;实证方面,主要集中在人力资本作用于经济增长的途径,人力资本的外溢作用,人力资本的质量、等级与经济增长关系,人力资本与经济增长的双向作用等方面的实证检验。
