摘要：

肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAMs)在许多恶性肿瘤的发生、发展、侵袭及转移中发挥着重要作用,与肿瘤患者的预后密切相关。结直肠癌是我国发病率、死亡率均较高的恶性肿瘤,早期结直肠癌患者术后预后较好,但仍有部分患者出现复发和转移,TAMs被证实参与结直肠癌的进展和转移。TAMs作为新的治疗靶标,已成为肿瘤免疫治疗领域的研究热点。但在结直肠癌方面还未达到理想的效果,需要进一步深入研究,以期为结直肠癌患者的治疗提供新方法,延长患者的生存时间。
