摘要：

<正>脓毒症(sepsis)是ICU患者最常见的疾病之一,进一步可发展为脓毒症休克、多器官功能障碍综合征。其发病机制尚未完全阐明,目前普遍认为炎性反应、内皮功能受损、凝血异常、代谢紊乱等因素在疾病进程中发挥重要作用。近年有研究表明脓毒症患者可能从他汀类药物应用中获益,现将其研究进展进行综述。
