摘要
荧光分子成像技术以低成本、简单易行、对生物体无电离辐射等优势在活体中进行疾病观察、药物及生物学等研究中发挥越来越重要的作用。对荧光分子成像技术中几个重要的部分,包括荧光分子探针、成像系统、重建算法等方面的内容和进展做了简要的描述,并介绍了荧光分子成像技术的应用和发展趋势。
