中风后痉挛性偏瘫中西医研究进展

摘要
<正>中风是高患病率、高致残率及高病死率的脑部疾病,在我国,其致残率可达此类病人的65%[1]。目前关于中风的研究报道非常多,痉挛性偏瘫是常见中风恢复期后遗综合征,也是导致中风恢复期持续时间较长,影响康复进展的主要原因,是中风后比较难以逆转的病理改变[2]。中风痉挛性偏瘫的临床主要特点为:运动模式粗大且异常,腱反射亢进,肌张力增高,平衡功能异常及协调性差等等。痉挛性偏瘫病人异常姿势为:上肢呈挎蓝样屈曲,肩部下沉,患臂内旋,上肢所涉
