摘要：

自发性腹膜炎是肝硬化腹水患者一种常见而严重的并发症,是肝硬化腹水患者死亡的主要原因之一。但其发病机制目前还不完全清楚,其致病菌大多数为需氧菌,症状常不典型,早期诊断是治疗的关键,自发性腹膜炎的治疗是很复杂的综合性治疗,本文从病原学、发病机制、临床表现、诊断、治疗及预防等方面对自发性腹膜炎进行综述,以期对临床医师提供一个参考。
