N末端脑钠肽原在心血管疾病诊治及预后中的应用进展

摘要
脑钠肽(BNP)是一种主要从心室分泌的多肽类激素,在心脏维持其结构和功能的正常中起着重要的代偿作用,其同源代谢产物N末端脑钠肽原(NT-proBNP)具有半衰期长、稳定性良好等优点,临床测定血浆NT-proBNP水平有助于呼吸困难的鉴别诊断,同时可用于对心血管疾病尤其是急慢性心力衰竭的疗效、预后评估及指导治疗。本文就NT-proBNP在心血管疾病尤其是充血性心力衰竭的诊断、治疗及预后中的应用作一综述。
