影像学检查在病毒性肺炎诊断中的应用

摘要：

新型冠状病毒肺炎的流行让病毒性肺感染受到广泛关注, 但是病毒性肺炎分类较多, 并与非病毒性肺炎的影像表现亦有重叠, 如何鉴别是临床工作的主要难点。在影像学模式的基础上, 有许多特征可用于识别病毒病原体, 这些特征与病毒感染的发病机制有关。本文就不同病原体(包括新病原体)引起的病毒性肺炎的影像学特点进行综述, 以帮助临床鉴别诊断。
