特应性皮炎病因复杂 ,发病机制尚未完全明了 ,研究显示某些微生物的感染或过敏与特应性皮炎的发生或加重有关。本文就特应性皮炎患者对某些微生物的携带情况、可能的免疫学方面的致病机理及相关的治疗进行了综述。
