摘要：

欧洲债务危机的爆发引起了学者们对政府债务可持续性评价方法的重新审视,传统的基于政府跨期预算约束的检验无法解释政府债务由危机之前看似可持续突变为不可持续的现象。"财政疲劳"现象研究则从一国实际财政调整能力和最大债务承受上限出发,合理解释了危机中政府债务可持续状态的突变过程。本文首先根据狭义"财政疲劳"及其理论基础拓展出广义"财政疲劳"概念,接着从债务上限效应、通胀效应和产出效应等方面对"财政疲劳"现象研究进行了述评,最后在总结现有研究的基础上探讨了未来研究的发展方向。
