应用LaB透明阴极的有机发光二极管器件

摘要
采用了类似于电子束蒸发工艺制备透明有机发光二极管(TOLED)的阴极。使用了一种新材料LaB6作为透明阴极,器件结构为ITO/TPD/Alq3/LaB6。LaB6薄膜的沉积是利用氧化物阴极的电子束轰击装在石墨坩埚的LaB6粉末。由于LaB6的功函数很低,器件具有良好的电子注入性能。器件在可见光光谱范围的透过率为70%左右,当驱动电压为7.2V,对应注入电流密度为4.8mA/cm2,亮度可达100cd/m2。
