摘要
1992年底至1993年初,μ,δ和K阿片受体cDNA相继克隆成功,使阿片受体的研究进入一个新的阶段,μ,δ和K受体均属于G蛋白仍联受体家族,三种受体之间核各酸序列同源性为60%左右。三种受体mRNA分布与其受体蛋白的分布基本一致,但也有一些例外。通过核普酸突变和嵌合体的构建,对受体结构和功能关系也做了一定的研究。
