摘要
由制造与服务相融合的产品服务系统逐渐成为制造企业发展模式之一,顾客感知价值测量是产品服务系统的重要研究方面。研究了产品服务系统的顾客感知价值构成、形成过程,构建了顾客感知价值测量模型。以兼具物理产品属性和服务属性的笔记本电脑为产品服务系统案例,采用问项信度t值、维度建构信度Cronbachα值、维度收敛效度和维度区分效度分析了实证数据,表明了该产品服务系统的顾客感知价值测量模型的有效性和适用性。
