<正>1908年,英国的Miles和美国的Moynihan分别提出了直肠癌的经腹会阴联合切除术(abdominalperineal resection,APR),其后Gabriel报道了主要经过会阴完成游离的经会阴腹部直肠癌切除术。外科技术的进步、体位的变化,结合麻醉、输血等逐渐演变成我们现在使用的APR,并成为20世纪低位直肠癌手术治疗的"金标准"。即便目前保肛手术已取得了长足的进步,常规的APR依然是低位进展期直肠癌治疗的常用术式。
