摘要：

通过比较中国、美国护理学硕士研究生教学管理制度的异同,提示中国护理学硕士研究生教育可适当放宽学制限制,给学生更多的选择课程的自由和时间;实行严格、规范、灵活的考试制度,宽进严出,保障硕士生教育质量;落实不同的硕士培养计划,避免"学术研究"单一的培养模式;护理教育认证和评估组织应多元化、民营化;认证和评估应经常化、制度化;评估的标准应多样化、特色化。
