高血压前期的研究进展

摘要：

高血压前期是高血压与正常血压之间的过渡区,常合并多种心血管危险因素,易进展为临床高血压,增加心脑血管疾病的发生,是高血压防治的关键时期,近年倍受关注。2009年美国高血压协会(ASH)对高血压概念重新修订,更加强调高血压前期的防治,将高血压防治前沿大大的前移。非药物治疗或治疗性生活方式干预可以控制或者延缓高血压的发生,也是目前指南推荐的治疗方案;药物治疗控制血压的同时减少了靶器官损害的发生,但需要更多的大规模临床试验来论证。这篇综述将从流行病学、病因、靶器官损害、治疗进行讨论。
