首发抑郁症患者自杀行为的性别差异研究

摘要：

目的探讨首次发作抑郁症患者发生自杀行为的性别差异。方法首次抑郁发作并且有自杀行为的148例患者为研究对象,将患者分为男(n=68)、女(n=80)性别两组,比较两组社会人口学特征、Beck抑郁量表(BDI)评分、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)评分及自制自杀调查问卷的调查结果 ,分析其性别差异性。结果男、女性两组患者在婚姻状况、文化程度、职业之间差异无统计学意义,而在自杀前生活事件上差异有统计学意义。两组在抑郁程度及社会功能上差异无统计学意义。结论首发抑郁症患者的自杀行为存在性别差异,针对不同性别,做好自杀预防工作。
