国外高校青年教师科研导师制探析

摘要
国外许多高校通过科研导师制帮助青年教师提高科研能力,在实践中形成了传统的非正式指导模式和一对一、一对多、多对多等不同类型的正式模式,还涌现出POD模式、一导师多微型小组模式等许多新模式,对青年教师乃至整个教师团队的科研能力都产生了积极影响。
