慢性胰腺炎内镜治疗现状与进展

摘要：

近年来慢性胰腺炎发病率不断攀高,治疗上以胰酶替代、内镜引流和手术切除为主。随着内镜治疗技术的飞速发展,慢性胰腺炎的内镜治疗趋于成熟,联合体外震波碎石,使治疗效果进一步提升,文章详述慢性胰腺炎内镜治疗的现状和进展,指出存在的问题和困难。
