摘要：

人民币的国际使用,在职能范围、规模和地域方面都具有很大的局限性,人民币目前看还远非真正意义上的国际货币。人民币国际化意味着债券和股票等直接融资市场中人民币的私人使用增加;将刺激针对货币政策变化的套利活动;可通过财富效应影响货币政策的有效性;将导致货币替代的发生及境外人民币存款规模的增长。人民币的区域使用、货币的可兑换性和资本管制程度、汇率和利率等金融资产价格的灵活性、国内金融市场的自由化程度和金融部门的成熟程度,是人民币实现国际化的关键环节。
