细胞粘附分子是晚近发现的生物活性物质,选择素家族是其中重要的组成部分。在急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的发病机制中,多形核白细胞(PMN)起关键作用,而选择素在介导PMN迁移中发挥重要作用。有关ARDS的动物模型研究表明:选择素的单抗可以阻断PMN对肺脏的损伤,血浆可溶性P选择素在ARDS时明显高于对照组,而血浆可溶性L选择素在ARDS时明显低于正常人水平。
