摘要：

It is frequently found in medical practice that many a patient is the multidisaese coexisted complex , in which the patient suffered from Hypertension, Central obesity, Hyperlipoproteinemia, Impaired glucose tolerance, Cholelithiasis,Fatty liver and other diseases, namely , Insulin resistance syndrome(IRS).Insulin resistance(IR) is the base of IRS,which makes the target cells of insulin to degrade the utilization of glucose and increases the insulin concentration in blood.this review will focus on the conception of IRS,mechanism and risky factors during anesthesia.
