摘要：

跨越中等收入陷阱的关键在于如何解决技术模仿带来的问题。要让模仿切实起到技术进步的助推剂和实现后发优势的作用,就要注意如何避免因模仿而出现的制度陷阱,因此需要一个能摆脱局部利益束缚又必须廉洁有效的政府。
