摘要：

经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术是治疗冠心病的有效治疗方式,但PCI术后常伴心肌损伤甚至心肌梗死(MI),严重影响患者的预后。因此,PCI术后心肌损伤的原因、诊断及防治是临床亟待解决的现实问题,值得我们进一步探讨。本文将对以上问题作一综述。
