变性梯度凝胶电泳(DGGE)技术在土壤微生物多样性研究中的应用

摘要
应用变性梯度凝胶电泳(DGGE)谱图分析技术对土壤微生物多样性进行描述,可以克服传统微生物分离纯化培养方法和显微技术的局限性。本文介绍了变性梯度凝胶电泳指纹图谱分析方法及其在土壤微生物多样性中的应用,包括对土壤特殊微生物生理类群,自然环境条件下微生物多样性变化,污染土壤微生物的多样性,不同种植制度下的土壤微生物多样性,转基因植物、微生物介入的土壤微生物多样性等方面的研究。
