摘要：

目前研究表明粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子在哮喘非特异性炎症局部的表达显著升高,并对嗜中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞及肥大细胞等的生物学活性有较大的影响,从而加速非特异性炎症的发生和发展。
