神经根型颈椎病的临床治疗现状与进展

摘要：

神经根型颈椎病(CSR)是颈椎病中最常见的类型,其发病率不断增加。CSR的治疗主要包括非手术治疗和手术治疗两种方法。临床中大部分CSR患者采用非手术治疗,部分患者需采用手术治疗,对于CSR的治疗方法选择至今仍无统一标准。非手术治疗方法种类多样,在临床治疗中多采用两种或以上非手术治疗方法进行综合治疗,其中休息与制动是治疗的基础,颈椎牵引常为首选疗法;在手术治疗方法中,微创治疗逐渐获得广泛应用。故深入探究CSR的治疗方法,才能为CSR的治疗提供更有效、优化的方案。
