枸杞多糖对糖尿病小鼠视网膜内血管新生及氧化应激反应、炎症反应的抑制作用

摘要
目的:研究枸杞多糖对糖尿病小鼠视网膜内血管新生及氧化应激反应、炎症反应的影响。方法:选择C57BL/6小鼠并分为对照组、糖尿病组和枸杞多糖组(LBP组),糖尿病组和和LBP组采用链脲佐菌素腹腔注射的方式建立糖尿病模型,LBP组给予LBP灌胃进行干预。测定3组小鼠视网膜组织中的血管新生分子、氧化应激指标、炎性因子的含量。结果:糖尿病小鼠视网膜组织中VEGF165、VEGFR1、VEGFR2、VEGFR3、Ang-1、Ang-2、Tie-1、Tie-2、TNF-α、IL-1β、ICAM-1、P-selectin、ROS、AOPP、MDA、8-OHdG的含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),T-AOC水平水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);LBP组小鼠视网膜组织中VEGF165、VEGFR1、VEGFR2、VEGFR3、Ang-1、Ang-2、Tie-1、Tie-2、TNF-α、IL-1β、ICAM-1、P-selectin、ROS、AOPP、MDA、8-OHdG的含量显著低于糖尿病组(P<0.05),T-AOC水平显著高于糖尿病组(P<0.05)。结论:枸杞多糖能够抑制糖尿病小鼠视网膜内的血管新生及氧化应激反应、炎症反应,对糖尿病视网膜病变具有治疗作用。
