摘要：

明确我国不同时期、地区和人群间不同疾病的流行情况和疾病负担有助于制定针对性的卫生政策及相关人群防控策略。本文利用全球疾病负担中国研究结果,描述了2005～2017年我国及各省级行政区各类主要疾病的疾病负担状况。结果显示,我国居民期望寿命和健康期望寿命均明显上升,2017年我国因过早死亡导致人群寿命损失(YLL)最多的疾病为脑血管疾病、缺血性心脏病、肺癌、慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)和肝癌,2017年因非致死性疾病导致的寿命损失(YLD)最多的疾病为颈部疼痛、抑郁症、其他原因听力损失、下背痛及脑血管疾病。高血压、吸烟、高钠饮食是造成我国人群疾病负担的前三位危险因素;心脑血管疾病、肿瘤、慢性呼吸系统疾病和糖尿病等主要慢性病在各省级行政区之间的疾病负担差异较大。各地卫生决策部门应根据当地的疾病负担研究结果,充分理解本地的主要卫生问题和影响因素,并在政策制定和实施干预的过程中加以参考。
