摘要：

物联网被称为是世界信息产业革命的第三次浪潮,它将深刻地影响和改变人们的生产、生活,而安全和隐私保护是物联网应用中亟需正视和解决的重要问题之一。本文阐释了物联网安全和隐私保护的新特点,揭示了物联网病毒、黑客等对物联网系统可能产生的安全隐患和隐私侵害,从技术、法律两个角度梳理了安全保障和隐私保护的相关要点,指明物联网和谐应用的原则,并提出我国物联网发展过程中的安全保障和隐私保护的对策建议。
