本研究通过对国外病人参与治疗决策文献的研究,总结了病人参与治疗决策的基本概念、形式、意义和背景。重点讨论了病人参与治疗决策的影响因素,以期为我国开展病人参与决策的相关研究提供理论依据和启示。
