高氧液对兔全脑缺血再灌注损伤生化指标的影响

摘要
目的 探讨高氧液对兔全脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用 .方法  18只家兔随机分 3组 (n=6 ) .用夹闭双侧颈总动脉加降压法建立全脑缺血模型 .A组再灌注时用平衡液 2 0m L· kg- 1 静脉推注 (对照组 ) ;在再灌注时用高氧液 2 0 m L·kg- 1 静脉推注 (治疗组 ) ;C组于实验前 3d用高氧液 2 0 m L·kg- 1静脉推注每日 1次 (预处理组 ) .各组在缺血前、缺血 2 0min和再灌注 4 5 min抽取颈内静脉血测定血浆一氧化氮(NO) ,超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和丙二醛 (MDA) .结果 再灌注后 B组和 C组 MDA含量明显低于 A组 (P<0 .0 1或 P<0 .0 5 ) ,B组和 C组血浆 SOD活性高于 A组 (P<0 .0 5 ) .B组和 C组血清 NO含量明显低于 A组 (P<0 .0 1或 P<0 .0 5 ) .结论 高氧液对神经元缺血损伤具有保护作用 .
