Many enterprises in China are confronted with the problem of agency. In comparison with them, a large groups of private enterprises represented by clannish enterprises have a peculiar superiority and vitality in that they have clearly defined ownership,a good way to deal with reverse selection and moral risks.Therefore, when clannish enterprises in growing meet with difficulties and challenges, we should have many approaches to deal with them, and should not abandon this operating mode by change in ownership or by introduction of agency setup. In this regard, with the information system as a tool, and by an analysis and diagnosis of advantages, disadvantages, successes and failures of clannish enterprises in the process of growth, we have in this article designed three models,and thereby dissected the relationship between the sustained managing successes made by the developing clannish enterprises through clannish management patterns and the construction of information systems, and put forward the strategic tasks that should be accomplished by clannish enterprises in the institution of efficient information system.
