VEGF与子宫内膜异位症关系的研究进展

摘要
子宫内膜返流入腹腔,种植、并生长,新的血管建立是逆流内膜种植成活及发展成为子宫内膜异位症(FMs)的关键。血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)是血管形成最关键的因子,异位病灶在腹腔内生长必须有新生血管形成。VEGF与异位病灶活性有关。因此,VEGF在EMs发病中起重要作用。VEGF抗体及其基因治疗阻断异位灶的血管形成有可能成为治疗EMs的重要手段。
