念珠菌对唑类药物耐药机制研究进展

摘要
深部念珠菌感染发病率逐年上升及念珠菌耐药现象日益增多引起人们对念珠菌耐药机制的关注。在基因分子水平上 ,至今已发现念珠菌对唑类药物耐药存在二种机制 :药物外排泵基因的过度表达、药物靶酶基因的突变或过度表达。念珠菌对唑类药物高度耐药通常是多种耐药机制共同作用的结果。
