香港经济是否存在泡沫

Has the expansion of HongKong's economy produced any foam? This article gave us its analysis with following indices:nominal assets value/gross national assets value, financial relative rate, P/E, stock price increase rate/ GDP increase rate, real estate price increase rate/GDP increase rate, total loans/GDP. Comparing them with the same of Japan in its foam ecomomy period, the author thought the present market was stable while in the early 8 months of 1997 the foam evidently existed, espacially on estate market. At last the author put forward several proposals in consideration of the existing hidden peril
