多重制度逻辑下的组织身份形成机制研究

摘要
针对组织身份形成,基于多重制度逻辑理论,分析组织身份内容的制度来源和组织内部形成一致性身份的机理,构建"场域多重制度逻辑—高管提出组织身份宣告—实施身份瀑布机制—个体评价与行动—组织身份宣告维持/变革"的理论框架。这一研究基于多重制度逻辑理论揭示了组织身份形成机制,推动了组织身份形成理论研究的深入。
