摘要
文化作为维持竞争优势的一个源泉,对战略变化过程有着重要的影响作用。本文在借鉴前人的研究基础上主要从以下两方面进行研究:研究创新型文化、官僚型文化、支撑型文化对于战略变化过程的两个基本特征速度和幅度的不同影响;研究战略变化过程对组织绩效的影响。
