<正>尽管近些年重症医学和微创技术的不断提高,重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)仍有较高的病死率,其继发的胰腺坏死组织感染的病死率高达40%[1-2]。导致病人死亡的原因主要分为两个阶段:发病早期由于胰酶的活化、炎症介质细胞因子和氧自由基的诱生以及机体高凝状态引发的机体超
