综合能源系统建模及效益评价体系综述与展望

摘要
构建清洁低碳、安全高效的现代能源体系是能源革命、《能源发展"十三五"规划》的共同目标和要求。在此背景下,综合能源系统的理念应运而生,它是电、气、热、冷等各类能源统一规划、统一调度的综合性能源系统。目前,综合能源系统的系统建模是能源领域研究的热点问题,但已有研究大多是围绕某一特定/假定的区域能源系统进行建模,对综合能源系统的典型架构和系统模型尚缺乏统一的定义和梳理,同时对综合能源系统的效益评价体系研究仍处在起步阶段。在已有研究基础上,提出了区域型综合能源系统的典型物理架构,围绕系统中的独立型设备和耦合型设备构建了对应的物理和经济模型,并对当前综合能源系统的效益评价指标体系和评价方法进行了梳理,提出了未来综合能源系统建模及效益评价体系研究领域的研究重点和发展方向,以期为相关研究和项目落地提供参考和借鉴。
