瘦素与糖尿病动脉粥样硬化

摘要：

瘦素是由脂肪细胞分泌的激素,其作用有利于维持体重、体脂的稳定,并可影响血糖水平。瘦素与糖尿病大血管病变发生发展的一系列危险因素如肥胖、高血压、糖、脂代谢紊乱等相关,提示瘦素与糖尿病动脉粥样硬化有关。瘦素通过引起内皮功能紊乱、内皮细胞增殖和血管形成、诱导氧化应激、增加泡沫细胞形成、促进血小板聚集和促进血管平滑肌细胞迁移及增殖等机制参与动脉粥样硬化的形成。
