摘要：

临床上宜将急性胰腺炎分为轻型和重型两类。至今尚无简便、敏感、特异的早期诊断重型急性胰腺炎的方法。急性胰腺炎无特效治疗。轻型者支持疗法多能治愈，重型者要及早采取积极措施。ＣＴ和细菌学检查发现胰腺感染性坏死者，应手术治疗；胰腺严重无菌性坏死者是否手术治疗，仍有争论。本文着重介绍急性胰腺炎的临床分类、严重程度的评估和治疗的某些进展。
