摘要：

随着对CD40/CD40L及可溶性CD40L生物学功能的了解,近年来人们逐渐认识到CD40/CD40L在动脉粥样硬化形成及斑块破裂中的重要作用,阻断CD40/CD40L信号转导对防治冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病具有重要的理论和实用价值。本文综述CD40/CD40L与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病及其防治的相关研究进展。
