摘要：

<正> 一、背景Sanbongi 等有关内镜分光术系统(endoscopic spectros-copy system)的研究发现,反射光谱不仅取决于发射光源的光谱,也受投射组织结构和血流的影响;应用短波长光能鉴别肿瘤性和非肿瘤性病变,因为两者的反射光谱特点在短波长区域存在明显的差别。由此推动了内镜技术的进一步发展,即窄光谱成像(narrow-band imaging,NBI)系统的出现。
