摘要：

研究了按单定制供应链(BOSC)中如何解决低库存和高响应速度之间的矛盾问题,根据已有文献总结了BOSC中的管理方法。最后,针对以往相关文献中缺少BOSC实施案例的情况,详细介绍了Dell公司成功实施BOSC的具体案例。
