双能量CT与MRI诊断交叉韧带损伤的对照研究

摘要：

目的对比分析交叉韧带损伤的双能量CT及MRI表现,探讨双能量CT诊断交叉韧带损伤的应用价值。方法对30例膝关节损伤的患者行双能量CT和MRI检查,比较两者诊断交叉韧带损伤的一致性。结果双能量CT诊断前、后交叉韧带损伤分别为16例、8例,与MRI诊断结果一致者分别为15例、8例,采用kappa检验得出两者诊断前、后交叉韧带损伤的一致性很高。结论双能量CT能够弥补MRI的不足之处,为辅助临床诊断交叉韧带损伤提供了一种有效的新的检查方法。
